平底锅 放入少许油, 锅热移之中火,然后把鸡排放入锅里 (鸡肉带皮部分朝下,记得盖上锅盖),约1分钟半,将鸡排反面,重复3次。


空气炸锅 把鸡排放入空气炸锅,温度设定为摄氏180度,计时器定为15分钟。


Cooking Method

Pan Fried: Put a little oil in the pan and transfer the heat to medium heat, then put the chicken into the pan (the chicken skin is facing down, remember to cover the pan), about 1 and a half minutes, turn the chicken chops on the reverse side, repeat for 3 times.

Oven: Put the chicken into the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius, and set the timer to 20 minutes.

Air fryer: Put the chicken into the air fryer, set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius, and set the timer to 15 minutes.
